Special thanks to Yee Ting who is very helpful and detailed in her explanation about the products! We randomly chanced upon Shadespace on FB post and dropped a WA message to find out more. Yee Ting was very prompt in responding to our messages and extended invitations to us to visit the showroom. Her knowledge of the products is impressive, and is very helpful in computing the most cost-effective package for us. It is a great experience shopping with Shadespace!

Zhi Song and Rahman installed my zipblinds and curtains of the whole house in one day. They were very dedicated to their work and ensured that the products were installed based on practicality of use and safety of the house owners. I have no complains about their workmanship and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The zipblinds with LED lights were “wow” and you have to see it in person to feel the ambience it brings to the space you install it in. I deduct one star for the sales service rendered to me as it could have been better. For a purchase of my scale, I had expected a more detailed follow up on the installation date and product availability, not having to take the initiative to ask for answers. Till now, I still do not have visibility on when one of my ordered blinds (ordered with the bulk) is ready for installation - and it is a key one for my move in to my new home. We plan to buy window films to temporary cover the half height window in our master just to be able to move in. Definitely not happy about this but the company did follow up well when I called the main line to ask for support. Perhaps I am more demanding than others? Installation was great, product looks good but not tested yet. The after sales service (I may just be unlucky as I saw plenty of good reviews on other sales persons) is questionable.

Zi Ming and Xin Hua is efficient with their installation and explanation on the products. A suggestion is to improve on the cleaning after installation.
